Oracle Data Guard broker 现场遇到bug ，闪之~

最近在客户现场搭建一套容灾环境，发现遇到了BUG,在无法解决的情况下，放弃了broker，依旧可以实现ADG，Oracle无法实现双主，但是MySQL可以哈。官网说法记录一下。
