[oracle@ogg3 ~]$ cd /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/network/admin/
[oracle@ogg3 admin]$ vim listener.ora
INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT_LISTENERNAME = 0
[oracle@ogg3 admin]$ vim sqlnet.ora
DIAG_ADR_ENABLED=OFF
SQLNET.INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT = 0
[oracle@ogg3 admin]$ lsnrctl
LSNRCTL for Linux: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production on 28-JUN-2017 18:03:55
